GCI Pay My Bill – Your Complete Guide

Navigating the GCI website can be tricky at first, but if you follow the steps we outline below you will be on your way to making payments on your account in no time. To begin, start on the GCI website here: www.gci.com

Once you are on the main website, we found it’s easier to navigate to the ‘About’ page to access your account and payment information from the login screen.

  • On the very bottom of the page, in the navigation menu, click on ‘About GCI’ or you can access the page directly here: gci.com/about
  • You’ll now see a navigation menu on the top of the screen and a white and red ‘My Account’ drop down option on the top right of the screen.


  • In the drop down, click on the third choice for ‘Pay Bill’, which opens up the login screen


  • Enter your username and password in the login boxes or if you don’t have one, click on the second highlighted option for “New users register here”
  • When you are a new user, you’ll first need to confirm your identity by entering some basic information from your printed bill

  • Follow the instructions on the next page to complete your payment, you can pay your Internet, Phone, Wireless and TV bills online with GCI eBill.

Any payments that are received by mail are processed by Wells Fargo, M-F and posted by 5pm that day.
