A Brief Guide on Spectrum Pay My Bill

As a Time Warner/Spectrum customer, you can manage your account online through the convenient online portal. You can add or remove services, upgrade your account, view channel lineups, make service appointments and pay your bill. 

Create Your Spectrum Online Account

In order to begin managing your services and making your bill payments, you will need to create your Time Warner Spectrum online account.  You can do that by visiting the website at www.spectrum.com/time-warner-cable.html

  • To begin you’ll click on the ‘TWC Login’ button in the middle of the screen

  • On the account screen, you’ll want to look to the right side, rather than the log in boxes on the left, to create your User ID by clicking ‘Create Username’

  • On the next page you will need to follow four steps in order to complete your account registration:
  1. Look up your account by providing your zip code and phone number
  2. Verify your personal information
  3. Create your user profile
  4. Add your security questions

Time Warner/Spectrum Pay My Bill Online

Once you have your account set up, you can either click on the center option again for ‘TWC login’ or you can click on the left option to ‘Pay TWC Bill’ any time you want to log in and make an online payment.

 To make a one-time payment

  • Log in to your account
  • On the account tab choose billing and then click on pay my bill
  • Choose one-time payment and enter your credit or debit information to complete payment.

To make a recurring payment

  • Log in to your account
  • On the account tab choose billing and then click on pay my bill
  • Choose recurring payment and enter your credit or debit information to complete payment.

Other Ways to Make Your Time Warner/Spectrum Payment

At Store Locations or Payment Centers

  • You can bring your payment to a local Time Warner/Spectrum location as long as that location is in the same geographical region that your bill was created
  • Payments can be accepted in the form of cash, money order/check, credit or debit card
  • You can use the store locator to find a payment center near you.

Using the Phone System

  • Dial the customer service line at 800-892-43-57
  • Follow the prompts or say “pay my bill” to reach the payment line
  • A $5 phone processing fee may apply for payments taken over the phone.

Through the Mail

  • Use the payment envelope that came with your bill
  • Enclose a check or money order
  • Be sure to include your account number on your payment and include your payment stub.
