Before you can make a JCPenney credit card payment, you need to first access your account online. To credit a JCP account online, access one of two ways.

The site gives you 2 ways to pay your JCP credit card payment:
- One-time payment
One-time payments are made on the day you log in to pay. Enter the amount you wish to pay, select today’s date, and choose your payment source, which must be a valid checking account.
- Scheduled payment
If you don’t want the payment applied the same day, schedule a payment for a later date or on the due date. The date you choose much be on or before your billed due date.
At this time, you cannot set up recurring automatic payments for your JCP credit card.
