JCPenney Pay My Bill: How to Create an Account
Before you can make a JCPenney credit card payment, you need to first access your account online. To credit a JCP account online, access one of two ways.
- Visit www.jcpenney.com and scroll down to ‘JCPenney credit card’ at the bottom of the page. Click ‘Pay Bill.’
- You can also access the site at www.jcpcreditcard.com.
Now it is time to register for online access to your credit card. Click on ‘Register’ to get started.
- Verify your account number
- Enter your name as it’s listed on the card
- Create a username and password.
Once you register credit card account, you can begin making online payments for your JCPenney credit card.
How to Pay Your JCPenney Credit Card Bill

Once you sign up for online account access, you can now make your JCP credit card payment online. Enter your user ID, and click ‘Secure Login.’
You can choose to pay either your total minimum payment due, last statement balance, or another amount.
The site gives you 2 ways to pay your JCP credit card payment:
- One-time payment
One-time payments are made on the day you log in to pay. Enter the amount you wish to pay, select today’s date, and choose your payment source, which must be a valid checking account.
- Scheduled payment
If you don’t want the payment applied the same day, schedule a payment for a later date or on the due date. The date you choose much be on or before your billed due date.
At this time, you cannot set up recurring automatic payments for your JCP credit card.
