Kohl’s Pay My Bill – Full Guide on Payment Methods

If you shop at any of the more than 1,000 stores nationwide or the online store, you can track and manage your Kohl’s credit card activity online and with the app. All you need to do to get started is to create an account you can use for the Kohl’s credit card payment login page.

Before making a payment online, register to use the Kohl’s Pay My Bill login.

  • Visit khols.com.
  • Find Register Now area.
  • Type in your Kohl’s credit card number and click ‘Submit’

  • Enter your last name, date of birth, social security number, and zip code.
  • Create a username, password, and establish a security question.

  • Visit the Kohl’s website and click on ‘Account’ in the top, right-hand corner. When the window expands, select Sign In or scroll down to ‘My Kohl’s Charge’

  • You can also sign into the Kohls credit card site directly to make a payment.

When you make your charge card payment, Kohl’s gives you three options:

Single payment

To make a single payment, choose to pay at least your minimum payment. Set the date you want the payment to draft from a valid checking account, and click submit.


If you want to pay your balance, choose the account balance before you hit submit.

More Ways to Pay Kohl’s Credit Card


To use the  automated phone system, dial 855-564-57-48 to make a payment for free. All you need is your account number and a valid checking account. If you make a payment after 7 p.m., it will appear on your account the next business day.

If you wish to speak with a customer service associate directly, contact customer service at 855-564-57-48 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.

To make a payment on Saturday, hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you want to make a charge card payment using your debit card, you must speak with a live team member.

At Kohl’s

Use cash, check, money order, or a debit card to pay your Kohl’s credit card at the nearest Kohl’s location. An associate at any register will will accept payments until the store closes. If you pay your Kohl’s credit card with cash, it posts to your account the same day.


Send your payment with the remittance form and write your account number on your check or money order.
