Internet

  • Choose to pay the minimum amount due, the account balance, or another amount.

In the Store

  • Make a payment at any Sam’s Club register, Wal-Mart register, or the Sam’s Club member services desk.
  • Payments accepted in the store include check, money order, cash, or debit. Debit and cash payments post the same day.
  • In-club payments apply only to Sam’s Club consumer accounts, not Sam’s Club direct accounts.

Over the Phone

  • If you are a Sams Club credit card member, call 800-362-61-96 to speak to an account representative.
  • If you are a Sams Club MasterCard member, call 866-220-27-60.

Mail

  • When you receive your statement, mail your Sam’s Club credit card payment to the address printed on the remittance slip. If you do not have the payment coupon. Make sure to include your name, address, and account number on the payment.
