Making your DriveTime payment online is quick and easy.

First, visit their website.

Click on the link reading “Make a Payment” in the top right corner of the page.

This takes you to their payment page.

In order to make an online payment, you will need to create an account.

You can make your DriveTime payment in other ways as well.

  • Pay in person: You can visit any Walmart, CheckFreePay, or MoneyGram location to make a payment in person. There is a fee for using these services.
  • Pay by phone: You can make a payment by phone through Western Union Speedpay. There is a fee of $3.95 and the number is 1-888-631-89-36.

How do I update my information?

If you have an online account, log in and click the “Contact Us” tab. Choose “Contact Information Change” from the drop-down menu and input the information you need to change. You can also call them at 1-800-967-8526 for assistance.

I changed my name. How do I update it?

If you made a legal name change, you will need to fax proof of the change to 1-866-895-3504. Make sure to include your account number on anything you send them.

Can I remove a co-signer?

Unfortunately, you cannot remove a co-signer. When a loan is co-signed, both parties agree to be responsible for the payments, and that is legally binding. If one person does not pay, the other party becomes responsible.

I was in an accident and my vehicle was declared a total loss. What should I do?

You will need to make payments until the loan is considered paid in full. Have your insurance adjuster contact them to work on a final settlement. You will need to fax information to 678-384-4551.
