You can purchase life and disability insurance in conjunction with your Lacks financing so you’re protected if the unexpected happens. If you didn’t purchase insurance, contact their credit department at 1-800-734-50-44 to discuss your options.

What if I’m unhappy with a purchase?
Lacks will work with you to resolve the issue. With most products, you have up to three days after delivery to make an exchange or return. Products that have been damaged cannot be returned. Pillows, sheets, bedspreads, and comforters also cannot be returned.

Lacks has a 30-Day Best Price Guarantee. If you find the same item for less, Lacks will refund the difference as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase.
