Making your Allstate Insurance payment online is easy.

First, visit their website.

You can make a payment by registering for an account, or you can make a payment without logging in.

Register for Allstate Insurance Payment Online

On the home page, click on the upper right-hand corner where it says “My Account Log In.”



Click “Register new account” from the drop-down menu. Choose “Individual,” which brings you to the registration page.

Enter your first and last name, your email address, your policy number, your date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Click the orange button that says “Continue.” Follow the prompts to finish registering your account.

You will need to create a user ID and password.

Log into Allstate Insurance Online

To log into your account, visit the Allstate home page.

Click “My Account Log In” in the top right corner of the page. Enter the user ID and password you created when you registered your account.



Click the blue button reading “Log in.”

To make a payment without logging in, visit their homepage.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under the “Quick Links” heading, choose “Express Access.”

Enter the policy number and then confirm the policy number. Enter your last name and zip code, and then check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions. Click the green button that says “Next.”

Other Ways to Pay Your Allstate Insurance Bill

There are other options for making your Allstate Insurance payment.

  • Pay by phone: Call Allstate at 1-800-901-17-32 to make a payment by phone. If you have a life insurance policy, call 1-800-255-78-28 to make your payment.
  • Pay in person: You pay in person by visiting a nearby Allstate office.
  • Pay by mail: Send a check or money order to the address on your Allstate bill. If you need to send your payment overnight, you can mail it to:
