Already have a Human username and password? Go to the Humana homepage and click the pink Sign In button on the upper right-hand side of the screen. Sign In

Then, sign in with your username and password to access the payment portal. Log In

Register for an Online Humana Account

If you haven’t registered yet, click on the Sign In button, and then click the Register Now link on the right-hand side of the screen. Registration

  • Choose your registration type (member, provider, dentist, pharmacist, employer).
  • Click Get Started button
  • Enter your member ID number or Medicare claim number
  • Enter your date of birth
  • Enter your Zipcode
  • Click the green Continue button
  • Complete the remaining information to set up a username and password that can be used to login, view benefits and pay your Humana insurance bills. Register

For individual and family members, you can use the Pay Now link located on this page to quickly make a vision, medical, dental, or individual plan premium payment with Humana. Please note, you cannot pay for Medicare through this link.

Humana Pay My Bill by Mail

Individual and family members can send a check or money order, along with their paper coupon from their billing statement to the billing address listed on the invoice.

Make sure to include your Humana member ID number on your check or money order.

Medicare Member Payments Through the Mail

Your coupon book will include an envelope and payment coupon. Write your member ID on your check or money order and send in the provided envelope.

Make a Payment Over the Phone

Individuals and family members can call 1-800-223-36-59 with your credit, debit card, or checking account. It’s an automated line that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Medicare members can contact customer service to make a payment by phone. The phone number is listed on the back of your Humana member ID card.
