Mercy Health is a healthcare system with almost 500 locations in Kentucky and Ohio. The system includes multiple hospitals as well as doctor’s offices.

Mercy Health bill pay is quick and easy if you visit their website.

Click on the link in the top, right-hand corner of the page reading “Bill Pay.”

This brings you to their payment page. There are different options depending on whether you’re paying a hospital bill or a doctor’s bill.

Mercy Health Bill Pay for a Hospital Online

On the payment page, look for the “Hospital Bills” section. Click on the link saying “Online” in that section. Pay Bill

On the next page, click on the name of the hospital that is billing you.

This brings you to the hospital payment page.

Enter your enrollment number and your account number. Your enrollment number is on the left side of your bill. The account number is in the top right corner of your bill.

Click on “Credit/Debit Card” or “Check” depending on how you’d like to pay your bill.

Follow the prompts to finish paying your hospital bill.

Mercy Health Bill Pay for a Doctor’s Visit Online

To pay for a doctor’s visit, visit their payment page and look for the section that says “Doctor’s Office Bills.” Pay a Bill

Click the word “online” in that section. This brings you to their online portal for patient information.

To pay your bill, click on the blue button on the left side saying “Pay your bill using the Account Number on your Statement.”

At the bottom of the page, enter your account number, which you can find in the upper right-hand corner of your bill.

Click “Submit account number” and follow the prompts to make your payment.

If you’d rather not pay online, there are other options to pay your Mercy Health bill.

  • Pay by phone: You can pay your Mercy Health hospital bill by phone by calling them at 1-855-732-01-38.
  • Pay by mail: Send a check or money order to the address specified on your Mercy Health bill.
