Optus Pay My Bill Online

It’s so simple to pay your Optus mobile bill online. You can pay your current bill or a past bill without logging in or worrying about remembering passwords.

  • To get started paying your bill visit optus.com.au
  • You’ll see several navigation menu boxes on the right of the screen, click the first one, ‘Pay Your Bill’

  • When you click on pay my bill, a payment page will open up

  • You will need to enter some information in order to complete your bill payment including:
  1. Your account number
  2. The amount you want to pay
  3. If you have previously signed up for digital check out with Visa you can choose that option
  4. If not, you can enter your card number, expiration date, and card ID
  5. Click ‘Pay Bill’ and your payment will be complete.

Another option for paying your Optus bill online is to use the My Optus mobile app.

Optus Pay My Bill – Other Ways

There are other ways you can pay your Optus bill if you are unable to do it online.

By Phone

  • You can dial the self-service line and make your payment any time day or night
  • Call 1300-309-309 and listen to the prompts
  • Payments over the phone can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners card
  • Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payments can also be accepted from your mobile phone by dialing 1509, however, you must have previously set up a monthly-billed phone plan.

In Person

  • You can use Australia Post Bill Pay to make your payment in person
  • You’ll need to bring your payment slip and your payment in the form of cash, cheque, or money order
  • A $1.75 fee applies and payment takes up to 48 hours to be applied to your account.
