Create An ADT Online/App Account

Sign up for account access so you can manage and track your bill, payments, and to see new options and features you may not yet be taking advantage of.

  • Fill out your personal information that applies to your ADT agreement.
  • Confirm the information you’ve entered and finish the process to create the username and password you’ll use from here on out.

ADT Pay My Bill Options

Internet

  • Visit the express pay site.
  • Enter your ADT Account Number and zip code.
  • Click on ‘Find My Bill.’

  • Schedule an immediate payment or future payment, or create automatic payments to draft from your checking account each month.
  • Submit your payment.

MyADT App

  • Download and install the MyADT App from your app store of choice.
  • Log in using your ADT Account number or username you registered on the website.
  • Select your payment option and save the payment information for faster future payments.

Over the Phone

  • ADT Customer Support can be reached at 800-280-69-46.
  • Submit your payment request and information to an ADT associate for payment processing.

Mail

  • ADT has more than one payment location. To ensure that you send your payment to the correct address, locate the “Mail Payment To” label on your payment stub at the bottom of the statement page.

To view your statement online, log into MyADT.com, select the My Account tab, and click on Statements from the left-hand menu. If your payment is sent to the wrong address, it could result in a delay in processing and an overdue balance on your account. Remember, you can always make a one-time payment or sign up for EasyPay on MyADT.com.
