To get started you’ll first need to locate the Denver Water website found here,, which will allow you to access the bill payment area of the online website.

At the top of the page in a green box, you will see ‘Pay My Bill’ which you can click to simply go directly to the bill payment portal. If you want to access other aspects of your account, you can click on the ‘Manage My Account’ button in blue right next to the ‘Pay My Bill’ button.

When you click on ‘Pay My Bill’ you will be given a variety of options for making your payment. First, if you haven’t registered previously, you can choose to register your account, however, this is not a necessary step to pay your bill. To register your account/login in:

  • Click on the first option ‘Register for AutoPay’
  • This opens a drop-down/more information box where you can click on ‘Register Today’ or ‘Denver Water Online’ in order to navigate to the registration page Register

  • Click the highlighted link for ‘Log in to Web/Mobile pay’
  • Sign into the speed pay account using your Customer ID and Account Number
  • Follow the rest of the prompts to complete your bill payment
