Managing your SCE&G account is easy with the online website. You can check on products and repairs, place a service order, manage your energy bill, or view and pay your bill online. If online payments aren’t right for you there are other ways you can pay your bill, but the convenience of online payments is unbeatable.

Login and Create Your SCE&G Account

Creating an account is simple and allows you to manage your bill and make payments online.  Just follow the simple instructions and you’ll be managing your account online in no time.

  • Start on the SCE&G website
  • On the main screen, there is a box for signing in with your account name and password, right next to ‘Log In’ there is a link for ‘Register’ which you will click to get started

  2. Then confirm your account number again
  3. Agree to the terms of service
  4. Complete the registration

SCE&G Pay My Bill Online

Once you have an account you can go back to that main screen at any time and simply enter your user id and password to login. SCE&G offers several different options for online payments as well as off line payments.

  • Enter your username and password

  • Follow the prompts on the screen for making your payment
  • If you forget your user name or password or need assistance with your online account, you can call 800-251-72-34
  • You can also make a one-time payment without logging in by choosing that option, but note that you will not be able to save payment information for future payments nor manage your account options.

SCE&G understands that paying online is not always an option so there are several other ways you can make your monthly payment.

  • It is important to include your account number if you do not have your remittance envelope.

In-Person Payments

  • You can bring your payment to a SCE&G Customer Service Office
  • You can find the closest location using the location finder.

Phone Payments

  • Call 800-450-91-60 to make a phone payment
