To register for an account, start by visiting their website.

Scroll halfway down the page and click on “Enroll Now.”

On the next page, click “Enroll Now.”

Enter your account number, the last four digits of your Social Security number or Federal Tax Identification number, and check the box under “Terms and Conditions.” Register

Click the green button reading “Next.” Follow the prompts to finish registering your account. You will need to create a username and password.

On their homepage, enter your username and password. Click the blue “Login” button and follow the prompts to pay your bill.

On the payment page, look for the words “Pay Your Bill Instantly.” In the next section with the heading “Make a Secure, Online Payment,” click the word “BillMatrix.” Pay My Bill

Enter and confirm your account number and click “Continue.”

Follow the prompts to make your payment.

Other Ways to Pay Your SDG&E Bill

You have other options for paying your SDG&E bill.

  • Pay by phone: You can pay your SDG&E bill by phone by calling 1-800-386-00-67. There is a $1.50 fee for paying by phone.
  • Pay in person: Pay at one of SDG&E’s approved payment locations, which include Walmart. You can find the closest location by visiting their website.
  • Pay by mail: Send a check or money order to the address indicated on your bill.
