How do I start, stop, or transfer service?
You can start, stop, or transfer service by logging into your account and clicking “Schedule/View Appointments.” Customer service representatives are also available to assist you with your service needs at 1-877-238-00-92.

Do I have to verify my identity to start service?
You need to provide two identity verification documents to start service. They must be originals. Acceptable forms of identity verification include your driver’s license, a pay stub, or a credit card. At least one piece of documentation must have a photo.

How do I schedule a service appointment?
Schedule a service appointment by logging into your account and clicking the “Schedule Service” tab. You can also call 1-877-238-00-92 to schedule service.

Can I get a discount on my bill?
Depending on your income, you may qualify for the CARE program, which provides a 20% discount on your bill. You may also be eligible for 60% off your service establishment charge if you qualify for CARE. Visit their website to apply.

Can I get my deposit back?
If you made a deposit when you started service, after 12 months of on-time payments your deposit will be applied to your bill as a credit. If you have a past-due bill, the 12-month timeframe starts over again. You can get your credit refunded directly to you by calling customer service.
