It’s simple to pay your We Energies bill online.

If you haven’t paid your bill online before, you’ll need to start by registering your account.
Register for We Energies Bill Pay Online
On the homepage, click on the upper right-hand corner where it says “Register”.
Scroll down and click the blue button saying “Register”.
On the next page, click the gray box on the right side that says “Sign Up Now”.
Enter your email address and click “Send verification code”, and then click “Continue”.
Follow the prompts to enter your verification code and finish registering your account.

To pay your We Energies bill, visit their homepage and click on “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner.
Enter your email address and the password you created when you registered.

For help with your bill, call We Energies customer service at 1-800-242-91-37. You can also email customer service by going to their homepage and scrolling down to the bottom. Click on “Contact us” and then click “Email customer service.” Click the button by the word “Residential,” enter and verify your email address, and enter your comments or concerns. Click the blue button that says “Send.”

What if I’m having trouble paying my bill?

What is budget billing?
Budget billing allows you to spread your energy payments out evenly over a 12-month period. Your energy usage is monitored, and you may need to occasionally make a payment to bring your account up to date. To enroll in budget billing, call 1-800-242-91-37.
How can I save money on my bill?
You can save money on your bill by using energy efficient appliances and lighting. Using electricity at off-peak times can also save you money on your bill. Visit your online account for tips and to monitor your usage.
How do I transfer, start, or stop service?
Contact We Energies at least three business days before you need the change in service. You can call them at 1-800-242-91-37 or visit their website to make changes.
Do I need a new meter?
Meters are exchanged every 10 to 15 years. We Energies pays for the new meter. They will call you in advance if they need to switch out your meter, and the whole process takes about 10 minutes.
