To get started, visit their website www.wasteconnections.com.
Click on the green button saying “Online Bill Pay” on the upper right-hand corner of the page. This will take you to their payment page.
To make a payment, you will need to enroll your account.
Enroll in Waste Connections Bill Pay Online
From the payment page, click on the green button near the bottom of the page that says “Enroll.”
Enter your account number and your invoice number. You can find both in the upper right-hand corner of your bill.
Click the green button that says “Next” and follow the prompts to finish setting up your account. You will need to create a user ID and a password.
Log into Waste Connections Bill Pay Online
After you’ve registered, go to the Waste Connections payment page: www.wcicustomer.com/login.
Enter the user ID and password you created when you registered. Click the green “Login” button and follow the prompts to make your payment.
Other Ways to Pay Your Waste Connections Bill
If you’d prefer not to go online to pay your Waste Connections bill, you have other options.
- Recurring payments: Log into your online account and click “Bill Pay.” Click on the word “Payments,” then “Recurring Payments,” and then “Add Recurring Payment.” This sets up regular payments so you won’t need to log into your account every month to make a payment.
